Becky Barnes is a 1991 graduate of the University of Kentucky and a 1994 graduate of the Louis D. Brandeis School of Law, University of Louisville. She works for the Legislative Research Commission. She and her husband, Rodney, live in South Frankfort and their two children attend Frankfort High School. She has served on the school board since 2013 and is currently the vice-chair.
